Salary: $125,000 - $130,000 base salary + commission target

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives to achieve sales goals for the Multifamily product suite.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, deal reviews, and contract negotiations.
  • Provide expert guidance on RFP responses and conduct product demonstrations for clients.
  • Analyze pipeline and performance reports to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Foster long-term relationships with key decision-makers at large-scale companies.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in the software or property management industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in sales cycle management, pricing, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Ability to work at the assigned office location in Raleigh, NC.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
