Salary: $178,073 - $284,455

What you will do

• Direct and oversee loan closing operations for commercial and consumer loans across multiple states.
• Lead a strategy to implement RPA and AI-powered solutions to automate repetitive tasks and document review.
• Ensure full compliance with federal and state regulations, including TILA/Reg Z, HMDA, CRA, and CFPB.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of approximately 100 professionals across various geographic locations.
• Partner with IT and EPMO stakeholders to design scalable, technology-driven operating models.
• Develop the department's operational budget and multi-year strategic plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in banking/financial operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Must be based in FL, GA, AL, VA, SC, NC, TX, or CO.
• Deep knowledge of commercial and consumer lending regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency with nCino, Newgen, LaserPro, and DocuSign.
• Proven experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
• Banking operations (CBOP) or project management certifications (PMP, Six Sigma).
• Working knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath.
