What you will do

• Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of full-stack engineers.
• Provide front-line leadership for internal and customer-facing product surfaces.
• Maintain hands-on technical involvement to make targeted contributions as an individual contributor.
• Manage day-to-day project execution in a fast-paced, zero-to-one environment.
• Guide architectural decisions emphasizing scalability, robustness, and user experience.
• Partner with research, platform, and product teams to design reliable system integrations.

Requirements

• Proven experience building, mentoring, and growing engineering teams while remaining technically hands-on.
• Deep full-stack engineering experience with end-to-end ownership of production-grade applications.
• Strong coding ability and the credibility to earn the technical trust of a high-performing team.
• Proficiency across the full delivery stack including UI, API, and authentication layers.
• Experience integrating with external systems or customer environments.
• Ability to drive strategy and execution in a fast-moving environment.
