What you will do

• Build and guide a high-performing, cross-functional engineering team.
• Participate in technical design, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
• Translate product visions into scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and data teams on priorities, roadmaps, and product capabilities.
• Coach senior engineers and support their ownership of technical initiatives.
• Hire, onboard, and develop engineering talent while strengthening team dynamics.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering impactful products.
• Deep technical expertise in software development and system design.
• Experience with at least one core technology: Python, TypeScript, AWS, or Terraform.
• Experience designing and building scalable systems with strong performance, reliability, and operational quality.
• Strong product orientation, communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
• Track record of shipping iteratively while supporting sustainable technical growth.
