What you will do

• Define and evolve the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap to create meaningful business value.
• Build and ship AI-powered products and agentic workflows rapidly, moving from prototypes to production.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to determine technical approaches and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Lead product discovery and user research to validate assumptions and continuously improve solutions.
• Own measurable outcomes including customer value, adoption, efficiency, and revenue growth.
• Drive successful adoption through rollout strategies, documentation, and enablement programs.

Requirements

• Director-level product leadership experience with ownership of strategy and end-to-end delivery.
• Hands-on experience building products using AI agents, agentic frameworks, or AI-powered workflows.
• Proven track record of shipping products that achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, data platforms, modern data warehouses, and web technologies.
• Ability to prototype quickly and work directly with AI tools and data systems.
• Must be based in the United States.
