Salary: $170,000 – $220,000

What you will do
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to maintain long-term competitive positioning in broadcast software.
- Lead the architectural transition from on-premise infrastructure toward hybrid cloud models.
- Champion AI-first product development, identifying automation and predictive insights to create durable differentiation.
- Drive the evolution of pricing, packaging, and business models from perpetual licenses to recurring revenue.
- Collaborate with sales and finance to align product priorities with customer retention and expansion opportunities.
- Build and lead the product function, defining team structure, decision rights, and operating cadence.
Requirements
- Senior product leadership experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise, or vertical software.
- Proven track record of leading products through major inflection points, such as cloud migration or pricing redesigns.
- Practical AI product mindset with experience shipping AI-embedded capabilities.
- Strong commercial judgment regarding business model evolution and recurring revenue.
- Ability to serve as the primary product voice for strategic enterprise and institutional customers.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience in broadcast media, television technology, or media asset management (MAM).
- Familiarity with regulatory constraints and buyer dynamics of large broadcast organizations.
- Experience modernizing established mission-critical products without disrupting existing operations.
- Knowledge of hybrid cloud and scalable software architectures.
