Location: Must be based in the U.S. (excluding D.C. and Hawaii)
Salary: $170,000 - $190,000

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end acquisition product strategy for both operator and individual owner segments.
- Design, execute, and analyze growth experiments to drive conversion and activation.
- Lead customer discovery to translate insights into a differentiated product roadmap.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to execute go-to-market strategies.
- Define and track KPIs, building dashboards and analyzing cohort performance.
- Apply a technical perspective to spec writing, architecture tradeoffs, and engineering collaboration.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience with a focus on growth, acquisition, or PLG.
- Proven track record of owning and improving metrics like CAC, conversion rate, or activation rate.
- Technical depth including SQL proficiency and experience reading API documentation.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.
- AI-fluent with active use of tools like Claude or Cursor in daily workflows.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and reside in an approved state.
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or multi-sided platforms.
- Background in managing both self-serve and sales-assisted funnels.
- Familiarity with CRM, CMS, and no-code tools for lightweight content updates.
