TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Growth & Acquisition): Building and optimizing the acquisition engine for a vacation rental platform with an accent on funnel architecture, conversion rate optimization, and user activation. Focus on designing growth experiments, managing both self-serve and sales-assisted funnels, and leveraging data-driven insights to scale acquisition metrics.

Location: Must be based in the U.S. (excluding D.C. and Hawaii)

Salary: $170,000 - $190,000

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end acquisition product strategy for both operator and individual owner segments.
  • Design, execute, and analyze growth experiments to drive conversion and activation.
  • Lead customer discovery to translate insights into a differentiated product roadmap.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Define and track KPIs, building dashboards and analyzing cohort performance.
  • Apply a technical perspective to spec writing, architecture tradeoffs, and engineering collaboration.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience with a focus on growth, acquisition, or PLG.
  • Proven track record of owning and improving metrics like CAC, conversion rate, or activation rate.
  • Technical depth including SQL proficiency and experience reading API documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.
  • AI-fluent with active use of tools like Claude or Cursor in daily workflows.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and reside in an approved state.

Nice to have

  • Experience with B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or multi-sided platforms.
  • Background in managing both self-serve and sales-assisted funnels.
  • Familiarity with CRM, CMS, and no-code tools for lightweight content updates.
