What you will do

• Own Advisor Experience product strategy, discovery, roadmap, and delivery lifecycle aligned to business goals and user needs.
• Define and prioritize initiatives across client experience, advisor practice management, advisor transitions, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Build solutions for client feedback management, advisor capacity planning, meeting preparation, follow-up processes, and overall advisor effectiveness.
• Develop tools that strengthen client relationships by identifying risks, supporting advisor transitions, and improving retention outcomes.
• Lead creation and adoption of AI-powered capabilities to help advisors save time, improve decision-making, and deliver more personalized experiences.
• Use data, user feedback, and performance metrics to iterate and maximize impact while managing tradeoffs and execution priorities.

Requirements

• Location: based in the United States
• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in financial services, wealth management, B2B SaaS, or technology-driven environments.
• Proven experience delivering products that integrate into existing systems, workflows, and complex operational processes.
• Track record leading cross-functional teams across engineering, design, analytics, and business functions.
• Strong data fluency: define success metrics, analyze dashboards, and use insights to guide product decisions.
• Comfort with AI concepts and applying emerging technologies to create practical, user-focused solutions.
