What you will do

• Own end-to-end sourcing for specialized and critical roles within one or more core disciplines.
• Build and maintain a network of top industry professionals through continuous market engagement.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Business Partners to translate hiring needs into targeted sourcing strategies.
• Map competitors, studios, and communities to identify niche profiles and rare skillsets.
• Develop long-term relationships with passive candidates to ensure a warm pipeline for future openings.
• Create detailed talent maps to provide insights on market depth and identify talent gaps.

Requirements

• Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent professional sourcing tools.
• Proven track record of building proactive pipelines for specialized or hard-to-fill roles.
• Ability to use data to shape and drive mid-to-long-term sourcing strategies.
• Experience in the video game market and comfort becoming a subject matter expert in specific disciplines.
• Must be based in Montreal, QC to support the hybrid work model.
