What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for Corporate Development, M&A, Sales, Marketing, and Finance functions.
  • Execute senior and executive-level searches for VP- and C-suite positions.
  • Build and maintain a strong professional network within the M&A and corporate strategy talent communities.
  • Develop diverse sourcing strategies to generate high-quality candidate pipelines.
  • Partner with senior leadership as a trusted advisor, providing market intelligence to influence hiring decisions.
  • Improve recruiting processes, drive ATS adoption, and mentor other members of the talent team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 5 years in-house.
  • Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at the senior leader level.
  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using ATS platforms and recruiting tools.
  • Ability to thrive in unstructured, high-growth environments with competing priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

  • Direct industry experience in M&A or corporate development.
