Location: Hybrid; must be based in Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo (requires attending the office at least 1 day per week)

Salary: $98,300 – $133,100

What you will do

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for GTM and Operations teams, ensuring quality and efficiency across the funnel.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, calibrating expectations and improving hiring practices.
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, flag risks, and recommend process improvements.
  • Build diverse talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, targeted campaigns, and community outreach.
  • Experiment with and prototype AI-assisted tools and workflows to make recruitment faster and more effective.
  • Champion the employer brand and represent company culture as a professional ambassador.

Requirements

  • Proven full-cycle in-house recruitment experience in SaaS or high-growth environments, specifically for business and GTM areas.
  • Demonstrated experience building AI-driven workflows or tools in your recruiting practice.
  • Data-informed mindset with the ability to use funnel metrics to influence stakeholders.
  • Compelling communication style and creative approach to sourcing.
  • Must be based in Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
