What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for Corporate Development, M&A, Sales, Marketing, and Finance functions.
  • Execute senior and executive-level searches for VP- and C-suite positions.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to generate diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, sharing market intelligence to influence hiring decisions.
  • Utilize recruiting metrics and ATS data to track pipeline health and optimize search progress.
  • Mentor talent team members and drive adoption of recruiting tools and processes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 5 years in-house.
  • Proven ability to proactively build relationships with top-tier passive candidates.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for senior stakeholder management.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in ATS platforms and recruiting tools.
  • Ability to operate effectively in unstructured, high-growth environments.
  • Location: Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada

  • Direct industry experience in M&A or corporate development.
