TL;DR
Corporate Development Associate (AI Infrastructure): Managing end-to-end acquisition and strategic investment activities for real asset and digital infrastructure with an accent on land-power-shell assets and M&A. Focus on financial modeling, valuation analysis, and executing transactions to support long-term cloud infrastructure growth.
Location: Hybrid. Must be based in San Francisco or San Jose and present in the office 4 days per week

What you will do
- Support the identification and execution of M&A, strategic investments, and partnerships for land-power-shell assets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data center infrastructure, site selection, strategic finance, and legal teams on deal execution.
- Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence for potential transactions.
- Conduct strategic and financial evaluations, communicating findings through business case memos and executive presentations.
- Track industry trends and competitive dynamics in the AI and digital infrastructure ecosystem to inform strategy.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance product offerings and technology stacks.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of M&A experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
- Specific focus on data centers, digital infrastructure, and real estate.
- Expertise in building real estate development models, merger models, and accretion/dilution analysis.
- Ability to synthesize market data into actionable insights to drive high-impact executive decisions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for interacting with executives and external stakeholders.
