About the Role

You will identify and evaluate startup investment opportunities from technical and commercial perspectives. You will conduct due diligence, develop investment recommendations, manage portfolio investments, build industry relationships, track market trends, and support deal negotiations, structuring, and closing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, AI, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred
• 5–10 years of investment experience focused on technology, AI, deep tech, or enterprise services software
• Financial modeling and valuation proficiency
• Ability to source, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities
• Communication and presentation skills
• Network within technology and investment communities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate startup investment opportunities from technical and commercial perspectives
• Conduct due diligence including market research, financial analysis, and competitive landscape assessments
• Develop and present investment recommendations to senior leadership
• Manage and monitor portfolio investments and provide strategic guidance
• Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and co-investors
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics
• Participate in investment deal negotiations, structuring, and closing
