What you will do

• Build and maintain a pipeline of acquisition, investment, and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Develop financial models, valuation analyses, returns cases, and downside scenarios.
• Assess targets across market attractiveness, product fit, competition, customers, technology, and management quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional financial, legal, tax, product, technology, data, privacy, commercial, and people diligence.
• Manage transaction processes from market mapping and diligence through negotiation, signing, and closing.
• Translate deal theses into measurable integration and post-close value-delivery plans.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience, including at least two years in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, transaction advisory, or corporate development.
• Direct involvement in at least two completed M&A transactions from initial analysis through closing.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills, including DCF, comparable-company, precedent-transaction, acquisition financing, and returns analysis.
• Strong commercial judgment across technology, customers, pricing, distribution, and execution.
• Hands-on AI experience in modeling, research, or diligence, including validating AI-generated output.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
