IT Program Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Arlington, TX (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office). Candidates requiring visa sponsorship will not be considered.

What you will do

• Lead technology standardization efforts and manage the lifecycle of enterprise reusable services.
• Communicate strategic goals and technical requirements across executive, engineering, and business stakeholder groups.
• Oversee program planning, including goals, KRs, KPIs, and financial budgeting for the team.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify reuse opportunities and drive the adoption of enterprise architecture standards.
• Design and implement automated workflows using low-code tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and change management across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• 10+ years of background in application development using Java or .NET.
• 3-5 years of experience in technical program management or development management.
• Strong experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, and REST API development.
• Substantial experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure.
• Proven ability to manage program plans, budgets, and cross-functional technical dependencies.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Scrum Master certification.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in integrating AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) into development workflows.
