What you will do
- Own the Spanish experience across product and marketing, tailoring strategies for regional Latin American markets.
- Design and run structured experiments and A/B tests to optimize terminology and drive conversion outcomes.
- Develop and improve AI-powered localization workflows, including prompt design and model evaluation frameworks.
- Manage localization vendor relationships, budgets, and the overall tooling strategy.
- Partner with engineering and design to identify and resolve internationalization issues before product release.
- Maintain comprehensive terminology and style guides for both human and AI-generated content.
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in Spanish (C2) with deep knowledge of regional variations across Latin American markets.
- 6+ years of experience in localization program management and tech stack management.
- 3+ years of experience specifically in client-side product or marketing localization.
- Proven experience optimizing AI-powered content workflows (prompt design, feedback loops).
- High proficiency with Translation Management Systems (TMS).
- Must be located in the US and able to work hybrid in Seattle, WA.
