What you will do

• Process vendor invoices and assign appropriate accounting codes using SAP Concur.
• Review, match, and reconcile invoices and payment requests to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare and schedule vendor payments while monitoring accounts payable aging reports.
• Audit company expense reports and process corporate credit card transactions.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and manage financial data files via CSV imports and exports.
• Collaborate with global finance teams and internal stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Requirements

• Experience with SAP Concur or similar accounts payable platforms.
• Proven track record of processing high volumes of invoices with a high degree of accuracy.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and AP processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams across international time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with QuickBooks Online or other accounting systems.
