What you will do

• Code and review direct invoices and credit notes, matching purchase orders to incoming invoices.
• Post correction journals and intercompany transactions.
• Execute weekly supplier payment runs for international offices in multiple currencies.
• Manage company credit card administration and maintain supplier master data.
• Collaborate with procurement and business stakeholders to streamline AP processes and controls.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Accounts Payable (SSC/GBS/BPO).
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong numerical skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
