What you will do

• Build bespoke, highly customized pricing models, ROI justifications, and TCO comparisons for AI workloads.
• Lead frontline commercial negotiations on high-stakes calls, covering MSAs, utilization commitments, and SLA penalties.
• Partner with North American Account Executives to provide commercial strategy and coaching to accelerate deal closing.
• Engineer new pricing calculators, ROI templates, and approval workflows to streamline the quote-to-cash process.
• Project manage the internal lifecycle of complex, non-standard deals across Legal, Finance, and Capacity Planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Finance, or Commercial Structuring within the B2B tech sector (cloud, infrastructure, or hardware).
• Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to analyze capacity, margins, and power costs.
• Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments managing multiple 8-figure deals simultaneously.
• High EQ and collaborative nature to balance company margins with sales objectives.
• Process-oriented mindset focused on scaling the Deal Desk function.
