Sales Strategy & Operations, Senior Analyst (Fintech)

Location: United States, Remote

Salary: $95,000–$105,000 base salary annually, depending on U.S. location, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Build and maintain data sets, analytical models, visualizations, dashboards, and reports in Hex, Salesforce, and Google Sheets.
• Support and improve Salesforce processes and flows to streamline sales and business operations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define key metrics, improve performance, and establish ongoing tracking.
• Work with engineers and product managers to define data-tracking requirements.
• Analyze operational processes and large, diverse data sets to identify vulnerabilities and optimization opportunities.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to customers and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science.
• Ability to turn data into clear, accurate, and impactful business recommendations.
• Experience developing and maintaining data visualizations, dashboards, and reports in Hex, Salesforce, and Google Sheets or Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce process and flow development.
• Ability to combine data from multiple sources and communicate proactively and professionally.
• Must be based in the United States; the role is remote.

• Experience with database design and administration.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodology.
