Compensation: $160K – $230K OTE + Equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end renewal negotiations for a book of strategic, high-value accounts.
• Forecast renewals in a consumption-based model by analyzing usage and adoption trends.
• Structure multi-year pricing and packaging agreements, including committed-use and credit tiers.
• Identify growth and expansion opportunities during the renewal process in partnership with Account Executives.
• Coordinate cross-functional deal strategies across CS, Sales, Finance, and Legal.
• Develop strategies to mitigate churn and lead turnaround plays for at-risk accounts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in commercial, customer-facing roles such as Strategic Account Management or Renewals.
• Proven track record of closing complex renewals at a consumption-based company.
• Experience structuring multi-year, multi-product commercial agreements.
• Strong commercial judgment and forecasting discipline.
• AI-first mindset with proficiency in using AI tools for account research and negotiation modeling.

• Experience in AI, data, infrastructure, cloud, or communications sectors.
• Experience working with technical or developer-focused customer bases.
• A strategic point of view on renewal motions within AI-native companies.
