Compensation: $160K – $230K OTE + Equity

What you will do
- Own end-to-end renewal negotiations for a book of strategic, high-value accounts.
- Forecast renewals in a consumption-based model by analyzing usage and adoption trends.
- Structure multi-year pricing and packaging agreements, including committed-use and credit tiers.
- Identify growth and expansion opportunities during the renewal process in partnership with Account Executives.
- Coordinate cross-functional deal strategies across CS, Sales, Finance, and Legal.
- Develop strategies to mitigate churn and lead turnaround plays for at-risk accounts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in commercial, customer-facing roles such as Strategic Account Management or Renewals.
- Proven track record of closing complex renewals at a consumption-based company.
- Experience structuring multi-year, multi-product commercial agreements.
- Strong commercial judgment and forecasting discipline.
- AI-first mindset with proficiency in using AI tools for account research and negotiation modeling.
Nice to have
- Experience in AI, data, infrastructure, cloud, or communications sectors.
- Experience working with technical or developer-focused customer bases.
- A strategic point of view on renewal motions within AI-native companies.
