Production Generalist (Manufacturing)

Location: Must be based in Peterborough, ON, Canada (Onsite)

Salary: $20–$21 per hour

What you will do

• Maintain safe work practices and operate machinery according to safety protocols.
• Perform manual application of insulated tape to products while meeting tension and layer specifications.
• Conduct visual inspections and quality measurements to ensure high-output standards.
• Pack finished products for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
• Update manufacturing software to track production progress and inventory levels.
• Rotate between various workstations to support overall plant productivity.

Requirements

• Legal work status in Canada is required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Physical capability to lift 30lbs or more and perform manual labor (pulling, pushing, bending).
• Availability to work all shifts (Day, Afternoon) including weekends and overtime as required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow sequential operational instructions.
