What you will do

  • Build AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve campaign management efficiency and data-informed decision-making.
  • Create scalable reporting dashboards and proactive monitoring alerts for key performance indicators.
  • Develop and optimize ad platform scripts and integrations to automate manual tasks.
  • Identify and implement process improvements through third-party tools and workflow enhancements.
  • Directly manage a portfolio of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Analyze campaign performance and financial data to optimize bids, budgets, and targeting strategies.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Data Science, Computing Science, Business Technology, or a related analytical field.
  • Experience using AI tools, automation, and database software for reporting and data manipulation.
  • Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas and data visualization.
  • Ability to develop automation workflows, reports, and technical integrations.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience identifying trends in large datasets.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the Edmonton office.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of PPC/SEM campaign management and marketing KPIs.
  • Experience with ad platform APIs, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Proficiency with Power BI for business intelligence.
  • Experience with attribution modelling, feed management, or data pipelines.
