Salary: 207,000 CAD to 253,000 CAD annually

What you will do
- Own and strategize 's paid media portfolio across multiple channels including paid search, social, affiliate, CTV, linear TV, and direct mail.
- Manage and develop a team of performance marketers, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Lead TV and CTV strategy, collaborating with Brand and Creative teams on messaging and measurement.
- Drive continuous experimentation in paid search and social programs to optimize acquisition funnels.
- Oversee affiliate program management including partner recruitment and compliance.
- Collaborate with data and finance teams to build measurement infrastructure and manage budget forecasting.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work in Toronto, Canada
- 8+ years in performance marketing or paid media with at least 2 years managing a team, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or subscription businesses.
- Experience managing multi-million dollar monthly paid media budgets and expertise in attribution methodologies.
- Hands-on fluency in at least two channels among paid search, paid social, CTV/programmatic, or affiliate marketing.
- Strong communication skills to translate channel data into business narratives and budget discussions.
- Proficiency in SQL and AI tools to accelerate analysis and reporting.

- Experience in regulated industries such as fintech, healthcare, or insurance.
- Marketing experience targeting small business owners or self-employed professionals.
- Experience with direct mail as an acquisition channel.
