What you will do

• Design and maintain GTM integrations across the marketing and revenue stack using APIs and webhooks.
• Build multi-step automation workflows in tools like hirify.global, Salesforce Flow, n8n, and Zapier.
• Debug data sync failures, API errors, and automation edge cases to ensure system reliability.
• Define GTM systems architecture and data mapping standards across marketing, sales, and success teams.
• Improve data hygiene, enrichment, and operational visibility through automated processes.
• Write lightweight operational scripts in Python or SQL to automate custom tasks and data transformations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Americas
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Marketing, Revenue, or Sales Operations, or Solutions Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, CRMs, and marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to read API documentation, inspect payloads, and troubleshoot complex data flows.
• Proficiency in building automations with tools like Salesforce Flow, n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Experience writing or modifying lightweight scripts for data updates and workflow fixes.
