What you will do
- Design and maintain GTM integrations across the marketing and revenue stack using APIs and webhooks.
- Build multi-step automation workflows in tools like , Salesforce Flow, n8n, and Zapier.
- Debug data sync failures, API errors, and automation edge cases to ensure system reliability.
- Define GTM systems architecture and data mapping standards across marketing, sales, and success teams.
- Improve data hygiene, enrichment, and operational visibility through automated processes.
- Write lightweight operational scripts in Python or SQL to automate custom tasks and data transformations.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Americas
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Marketing, Revenue, or Sales Operations, or Solutions Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, CRMs, and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to read API documentation, inspect payloads, and troubleshoot complex data flows.
- Proficiency in building automations with tools like Salesforce Flow, n8n, Zapier, or Make.
- Experience writing or modifying lightweight scripts for data updates and workflow fixes.

- Proficiency in using AI to refine workflows and debug technical issues.
