What you will do

• Manage 6-8 concurrent customer implementations, ensuring adherence to product and industry best practices.
• Analyze customer business requirements to configure accounts effectively post-sale.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to optimize implementation speed and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and sales teams to relay feedback and resolve escalations.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing customer accounts.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in implementation, customer success, project management, or technical consulting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and apply structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be able to work from the Austin, Texas office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL and Salesforce.
• Background in Commercial Real Estate.
