What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end implementation process for a portfolio of school districts, including onboarding, data ingestion, and configuration.
  • Lead kickoff calls and project alignment sessions to establish timelines and success criteria.
  • Develop phased implementation plans tailored to specific district needs and state compliance requirements.
  • Maintain project status, milestones, and action items using Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Conduct recurring check-ins with district champions and executive sponsors to ensure project alignment.
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks to launch timelines to leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in implementation, customer success, or project management, preferably in K-12 EdTech.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting to district leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to build consistent processes.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
