What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding projects for new customers.
• Manage deployments ranging from single-community setups to complex multi-site projects.
• Partner with internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors to ensure successful go-lives.
• Design and deliver tailored training programs for both technical and non-technical users.
• Develop and execute change management and user adoption strategies.
• Utilize project management tools like Jira and Salesforce to track progress and deliverables.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US and willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Proven experience in software implementation or customer onboarding, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of leading customer-facing projects.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building strong customer relationships.
• Experience in change management and designing effective training programs.
• Proficiency in Jira, Salesforce, Slack, and Gsuite.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or Computer Science.
• Prior experience in the senior living industry.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or Prosci.
