Salary: $85k - $100k annually

What you will do

• Lead 25 to 50+ concurrent, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
• Translate Statements of Work (SOWs) into actionable project plans, milestones, and dependencies.
• Serve as the primary client contact, guiding deliverables and enforcing accountability.
• Monitor team capacity, resolve scheduling conflicts, and manage project pacing.
• Track project risks, handle scope adjustments, and monitor budget burn rates.
• Maintain scalable delivery templates and conduct post-project reviews for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing customer-facing projects in Professional Services, web development, SaaS, or eCommerce.
• Proven track record of managing high volumes of concurrent projects.
• Strong skills in scoping, scheduling, risk management, and customer communication.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, or similar.

Nice to have

• PMP or CSM certification.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or integrations.
