What you will do

• Lead the full data migration lifecycle for franchise partners, from structured discovery to roadmap design.
• Map legacy data structures and identify critical risks, blockers, or dependencies.
• Troubleshoot technical errors within platform import environments alongside Product and Engineering stakeholders.
• Translate technical platform capabilities and constraints into strategic, partner-facing communications.
• Align C-suite sponsors, operational leads, and IT contacts around unified enterprise migration strategies.
• Develop scalable frameworks, toolkits, and playbooks to standardize data delivery across the portfolio.

Requirements

• 7-8 years of experience in data operations, technical account management, or implementation within a SaaS environment.
• Expertise directing complex data migrations for multi-location or franchise business models.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Technical proficiency with structured data formats (CSV, JSON, APIs) and advanced spreadsheet tooling.
• Proven experience using AI tools and automation to improve team efficiency and output quality.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.

• Familiarity with scripting or relational databases, specifically Python or SQL.
