Location: Hybrid; must report to the Bloomington, MN office 3 days/week (typically Tues/Wed/Thurs)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery outcomes for a team of Project Managers onboarding SMB, mid-market, and enterprise agencies.
• Proactively monitor the implementation portfolio to identify and intervene in at-risk projects.
• Design and maintain scalable implementation playbooks and operating frameworks to support market expansion.
• Leverage AI and automation to monitor health signals, surface risk, and reduce manual overhead.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Client Success, and Operations to remove systemic friction.
• Lead and develop a team of 5-10 Project Managers through structured coaching and radical accountability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or customer delivery.
• 5+ years of direct experience managing Project Managers or delivery teams in a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume, complex project portfolios across multiple customer segments.
• Experience building or scaling repeatable implementation processes in high-growth environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work onsite in Bloomington, MN for the required hybrid schedule.
