What you will do

  • Drive joint channel marketing strategy and go-to-market planning across merchandising, sales tools, training, media publications, digital, and events.
  • Build partner relationships to influence partner mindshare for ATL and BTL initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform, scale, and optimize channel marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Develop and manage marketing assets and coordinate creative campaign briefings with partner contacts and agencies.
  • Manage annual channel marketing budgets and report expected vs. actual outcomes and key metrics.
  • Ensure activities deliver joint value outcomes and comply with privacy and data protection requirements; facilitate roundtables and customer briefings for advocacy and VOC.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years managing commercial and marketing relationships with Telecom Wireless Carriers / Fortune 500 accounts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Sales, or related field (or equivalent education/work experience).
  • Proven ability to devise and execute channel strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives, including planning, execution, and analysis in multichannel environments.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with channel partners to drive mutual growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Experience creating comprehensive marketing plans (promotions, advertising campaigns, incentives, and sales support materials) and executing cross-channel portfolio growth.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data (sales figures, ROI, and channel performance metrics) and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
