What you will do
- Define and lead global go-to-market strategy across brand, demand generation, product/customer/partner marketing, and marketing operations.
- Design and scale a data-driven demand generation engine using ABM, multi-channel orchestration, intent data, predictive insights, and personalization to build predictable pipeline.
- Own product marketing and positioning for the LeoAI Engine™ for CTOs, VP Engineering, and QA leaders.
- Build global brand awareness and establish category leadership in crowdsourced software testing and automated pipeline solutions.
- Hire, mentor, and structurally scale a global marketing team with metric accountability and AI-enabled productivity.
- Partner with sales and revenue operations on tracking, lead scoring, and attribution; own marketing budget and deliver data-backed growth forecasts to the executive board.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based remotely in the United States or Canada.
- 10+ years of progressive B2B SaaS marketing experience in technical software ecosystems, including executive management roles.
- Proven track record scaling an investor-backed B2B software organization from $40M ARR to $100M+ ARR.
- Deep understanding of enterprise pipeline mechanics, ABM frameworks, and sales-marketing conversion funnels.
- Hands-on experience with advanced martech stacks, attribution software, intent data platforms, and AI-enabled marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, Bombora).
- Experience embedding AI into marketing workflows and familiarity with software delivery models (CI/CD) or modern software testing landscapes.
