Digital Partner Manager (B2B): Acting as a strategic Go-to-Market leader for key partners to drive scalable co-marketing campaigns and pipeline generation. Location: Must be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The role follows a hybrid work model with office attendance required four days a week.

What you will do
- Act as the primary marketing advisor for a portfolio of 15-20 partners, fostering strong relationships with their leadership teams.
- Develop and execute strategic GTM plans, defining value propositions and channel strategies aligned with business goals.
- Guide partners through end-to-end campaign activation, from initial planning to execution and optimization.
- Drive partner activities toward tangible outcomes, focusing on pipeline generation, lead creation, and measurable ROI.
- Utilize performance dashboards to track funnel metrics and provide partners with actionable growth recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal sales and partner development teams to ensure seamless alignment on GTM priorities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B, digital, or partner marketing, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of executing GTM or demand generation strategies with partners.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
- Intermediate Portuguese proficiency required.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data and reporting tools to measure performance.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
