What you will do
- Own customer lifecycle demand gen programs that drive expansion, cross-sell, and adoption for existing Grafana customers.
- Run and improve programs across multiple channels (paid, email, events, web, outbound) as priorities shift.
- Build agentic workflows using AI tools to automate audience building, content generation, signal detection, and campaign QA.
- Translate marketing signals into actions sellers take by partnering with sales leadership on buying signals and follow-up.
- Instrument programs, report pipeline impact honestly, and stop initiatives that don’t work.
Requirements
- 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing in a B2B software company.
- Proven experience running programs in at least two or three channels (email/lifecycle, paid, events, web, outbound) with pipeline results.
- Experience marketing to existing customers (expansion, cross-sell, or customer lifecycle programs).
- Hands-on AI experience in day-to-day work, including building automations or agentic workflows.
- Strong data comfort: pull numbers, sanity-check results, and build program readouts stakeholders trust.
- Strong program management fundamentals: ship on time, communicate proactively, and collaborate effectively with sales, product marketing, and ops.
