Salary: $182,000 – $242,000

What you will do
- Own the vision and delivery of an AI-driven intranet as a single, intelligent front door for company knowledge, tools, and workflows.
- Define and manage the strategy and governance for underlying platforms including Slack and enterprise search.
- Establish the standard for how AI is integrated across all internal employee experience platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Communications, People/HR, Engineering, and the AI delivery team.
- Balance rapid policy and governance execution with long-term platform strategy.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of product management experience, preferably in digital workplace or internal platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Slack, Confluence, Glean, or similar enterprise search and intranet platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI products and emerging AI workflows.
- Proven track record of leading platform modernization and organizational change in high-growth environments.
- Expertise in information architecture and employee experience design.
- Must be a U.S. person for export control compliance.
