What you will do

• Execute priorities for agile squads to deliver exceptional user experiences for both internal and external users.
• Champion a "secure by design, delightful by default" approach to product development.
• Analyze customer journeys through direct interaction and research to identify and resolve workflow friction points.
• Manage product backlogs in Jira, writing detailed user stories that balance security, compliance, and customer value.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate security requirements to technical teams and user needs to security stakeholders.
• Develop metrics to measure customer satisfaction and experience.

Requirements

• 7-9 years of relevant experience, with at least 4+ years as a Product Manager.
• Proven expertise in implementing and communicating application security concepts.
• Demonstrated experience balancing user experience and customer satisfaction with security controls.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence in an Agile environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Morrisville, NC area to meet hybrid office expectations.

Nice to have

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Background in privacy-by-design, security-by-design, and user-centered design principles.
• Experience with customer feedback loops, NPS, and satisfaction metrics in secure products.
