Delivery Lead (AI)

TL;DR

Delivery Lead (AI): Spearheading contract execution and managing day-to-day operations for critical national security customers with an accent on AI/ML objective delivery and stakeholder management. Focus on building agentic workflows, overseeing technical implementations, and ensuring customer success within the U.S. intelligence community.

Location: Must be onsite in Columbia, MD 3+ days per week and able to travel at least 25% of the time.

What you will do

• Manage customer relationships from executive leadership to end users.
• Scope agentic workflow use cases in collaboration with national security customers.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver and exceed AI/ML objectives.
• Identify customer needs and operator pain points to ensure successful implementation.
• Oversee onboarding and account management for flagship customers.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph (FSP) required.
• 10+ years of experience in stakeholder management or customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with the U.S. intelligence community and national security apparatus.
• Understanding of ML operations, including data labeling, training, and evaluation.
• Must be able to work onsite in Columbia, MD 3+ days per week.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
