What you will do

• Lead delivery execution across multiple complex projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project-level coordination.
• Mentor junior project managers and coordinators to improve execution discipline and documentation quality.
• Coordinate multi-system integration activities, including telecommunications, AV, security, and network infrastructure.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and scope shifts to protect revenue and contract continuity.
• Drive process improvements by converting lessons learned into scalable workflows and documentation standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of project management experience within an AEC or professional services environment.
• PMP certification is required.
• Proven ability to manage client-facing implementation projects with cross-functional coordination.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools including Asana, MS Project, Procore, and Navisworks.
• Ability to travel to client sites and construction environments as needed (approx. 50% of the time).

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as PgMP, PfMP, RCDD, CTS-D, CPP, PSP, or CDT.
• Experience with enterprise scheduling and delivery tools.
