What you will do

• Prepare cost estimates and cost plans using benchmarking data.
• Develop value engineering and life cycle costing options to improve project efficiency.
• Identify risks and maintain the project Risk Register.
• Create and manage cost control reports and track financial performance.
• Support pre-contract process meetings and document key client discussions and actions.
• Manage change order logs, invoice logs, and cost documentation; oversee measurements and pricing research for appraisals and reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or another cost/construction-focused field.
• 2+ years of cost management experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in hyper-scale data centers.
• Advanced CostX skills for estimates and bills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and proficiency with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
