Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 a year

What you will do
- Manage submittals and RFIs within Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and Aconex.
- Prepare documentation audit reports and perform regular compliance checks to ensure quality protocols.
- Log and maintain plans, specifications, and revisions to ensure current documentation availability.
- Support onboarding and training for team members on EDMS processes and documentation standards.
- Coordinate with team members and managers to process project records accurately and timely.
- Maintain project FTP sites and manage existing legacy system information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration (3+ years exp) or Associate's/High School degree (5+ years exp).
- Must be based in the USA (Allentown, PA, Sharon, PA, or Nationwide).
- Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of the construction process and proven ability to organize documentation flow.
- Ability to multi-task and work in high-pressure environments.
Nice to have
- Data Center construction experience.
- Familiarity with document control workflows and audits for large-scale construction clients.
- Advanced degrees or professional certificates.
