What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of 4-8 strategic North American enterprise accounts, focusing on retention and long-term relationship health.
  • Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional data services and product modules.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-suite stakeholders including CFO, CTO, and COO.
  • Lead structured business reviews to present performance and roadmap alignment.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and deliver reliable renewal and expansion forecasts using Salesforce and Clari.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales Engineering, and Professional Services to provide structured client feedback.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise B2B client or account management with a track record of growing high-value accounts.
  • Extensive experience in the institutional investment management market (asset managers, hedge funds, wealth platforms).
  • Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce and Clari for pipeline and forecast reporting.
  • Domain knowledge in financial benchmark data, ESG data, performance measurement, or data governance.
  • Familiarity with institutional data infrastructure and buy-side front, middle, and back office workflows.
  • Must be based in New York, NY
