What you will do

• Lead complex litigation consulting engagements from initial assessment through trial or settlement.
• Develop economic damages models, including lost profits, business interruption, and diminution in value.
• Perform forensic accounting investigations involving fraud, financial misconduct, and asset tracing.
• Draft expert reports, declarations, and rebuttal opinions for commercial litigation.
• Manage client relationships, support business development, and mentor team members.
• Oversee project execution, staffing, budgets, and quality control for multiple engagements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• 10+ years of experience in litigation consulting, forensic accounting, or valuation.
• Significant experience quantifying economic damages and managing engagements from inception to resolution.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills.
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with attorneys and corporate clients.

Nice to have

• CPA designation.
• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Professional credentials such as CVA, ABV, ASA, CFF, or CFE.
• Experience with expert witness testimony or deposition support.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation for financial analysis.
