What you will do

• Lead and scale the Finance Process Excellence function to drive governance and internal control design.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Operations, and Legal to implement scalable financial processes.
• Drive process and control workstreams for enterprise system implementations and automation initiatives.
• Own end-to-end governance of process documentation, including workflows and Risk and Control Matrices.
• Lead remediation of control deficiencies through root cause analysis and effectiveness validation.
• Standardize and automate financial processes using modern technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, internal controls, SOX, audit, or finance transformation.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CISA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, COSO Internal Control Framework, SOX compliance, and risk management principles.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-level initiatives.
• Experience supporting system implementations, process optimization, or operating model transformation.
• Must be able to work effectively in globally distributed and remote team environments.

• Experience driving large-scale finance transformation or automation within complex organizations.
• Familiarity with AI, data analytics, or digital tools applied to finance processes.
• Background working with enterprise financial systems and integrated business platforms.
