Salary: $138,000 - $200,100

What you will do
- Lead managers and associates across multiple technology platforms and CRM systems to meet or exceed performance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement of the client experience through coaching, service enhancements, and business development initiatives.
- Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing managers, advisors, and associates.
- Identify and implement process, procedure, and technology improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Investigate and resolve complex prospect and client escalations while partnering with Legal and Compliance.
- Supervise registered managers and representatives in accordance with regulatory and supervisory requirements.
Requirements
- FINRA Series 7, Series 24, Series 63 and Series 65 (or 66) registrations required.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- 7+ years of demonstrated leadership experience, specifically as a "manager of managers".
- Proven success leading financial services organizations and investment advisory teams.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading nationally distributed or remote teams.
