What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze and translate business needs into clear user stories.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams.

• Create flow diagrams and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Mentor junior and mid-level analysts while providing technical guidance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
• Deep understanding of complex multi-platform applications.
• Strong proficiency in requirements gathering and technical documentation.
• Ability to manage tasks, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Must provide reliable high-speed internet for remote work.

Nice to have

• Financial industry experience.
• Prior production support and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience as a QA or Developer.
• Expertise in Agile roles such as Product Owner or Scrum Master.
