What you will do

• Provide 24/7 technical leadership to resolve complex application and infrastructure incidents.
• Own the full incident management lifecycle from triage to post-mortem documentation.
• Perform proactive system monitoring and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Leverage AWS ecosystems including Serverless, Data Warehousing, and Compute to maintain application performance.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries across Oracle, Redshift, and PostgreSQL environments.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in production support or business systems analysis.
• Intermediate-to-expert level proficiency in SQL/Oracle query writing.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, EC2, ECS, Glue).
• Ability to support a 24/7 environment, including on-call rotations, after-hours, and weekend shifts.
• Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders during high-stakes outages.
