What you will do

• Drive aggressive program schedules for multi-site network modernization and legacy decommissioning.
• Manage resource allocation across engineering teams, field technicians, and project managers.
• Mitigate supply chain and logistics risks to ensure maintenance windows are met.
• Coordinate with architects to ensure seamless integration of SCADA and teleprotection traffic.
• Validate hardware configurations against substation timing and latency requirements.
• Ensure all deployment documentation meets NERC CIP regulatory audit trails.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science.
• Minimum of 8 years of IT/Telecom Program Management experience in a regulated utility or energy sector.
• Proven track record of legacy-to-next-gen infrastructure migrations (SONET/TDM to IP/MPLS).
• Active PMP or PgMP certification.
• Solid understanding of SCADA transport mechanisms and substation communications.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
