Account Executive - SMB (SaaS): Consulting businesses who signed up to convert them into paying customers and managing the full sales cycle with warm leads from strategic partners, with an accent on consultative selling, relationship-building, and product expertise. Focus on influencing product improvements based on client feedback, providing outstanding customer service, and driving business growth through partnerships.

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania: requires working from the office 3 days a week at one of our strategic partners' offices.

Salary range: 140K-160K OTE

What you will do

  • Become a product expert and manage the full sales cycle, owning your account pipeline and contributing to the team’s.
  • Consult businesses to convert sign-ups to paying customers and deliver top-notch customer service.
  • Gather client insights to influence product improvements and share across departments.
  • Build relationships with strategic partners, present the platform, and drive new business.
  • Operate independently with initiative in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of Account Executive sales experience in SaaS companies
  • Strong record of quota attainment
  • Strong customer relationship skills and ability to interact at all organizational levels
  • Ability to work in-office three days a week - must
  • Self-learner, highly independent, with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Experience with CRM and project management tools; energetic, positive team player with strong communication
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
